Poor service. Brought my 2 month old Stihl blower in for repairs 3 weeks ago. Only needs an ignition module(used to be called a coil). Still waiting. The mechanic is hardly ever there and is hard to reach by phone. I bought 3 Stihl lawn power tools from Stine because they told me they worked on them. Apparently not. I will now try to contact Stihl and ask if they know about Stines low standards as a Stihl dealer. All I want is my blower fixed and returned to me. Such a quick and easy fix. And it causes such a big inconvenience. Stines must not care. Stihl either for that matter. THANK YOU STINES. ONE DAY AFTER I POSTED THIS, A MANAGER GOT INVOLVED AND MY BLOWER WAS READY THAT MORNING. HE REPLIED THAT HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT AND GET ON IT. THANK YOU AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT STINES.

I enjoyed my visit to this store very much, it was clean and well stocked. Several employees helped me find what I needed. Not just tell me where to go, they took me.

I went to Stine’s in Lake Charles today for a few items and I must point out the fact that a young lady I believe she said everyone calls Her kk assisted me. She said she was originally from Elton. This young woman went above and beyond beyond helping me , giving advice on the item I was buying and even helping me bring my items to my car. I can’t say how appreciative I was of her efforts. I Believe she should be employee of the Month!! I was also assisted by a young man before the young lady and he was also kind and courteous which you don’t see a lot of in young people. Cuddos to Stine in Lake Charles!! Hope these two young People in Lake Charles get recognition. Carolyn Broussard Lake Arthur , La

Went in early Saturday morning, 5 employees standing around front chatting. I looked for an item for a while before I asked for help locating an item their website showed to be in stock. Had a picture of it with all their sku numbers, etc. One girl looked at it and said, "go to the back of the store and try looking around the electrical department" before resuming conversation with fellow employees. Sorta brings customer service to a new low. Nice selection but that does me no good if I can't find anything or get help locating it.
